Location: Brakpan, Gauteng
Remuneration: R35 000 – R40 000 CTC per month

About the Role
Our client, a well-established and growing kitchen manufacturing and installation company based in Brakpan, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee kitchen installation projects from initial client engagement through to final installation and handover.
This is an exciting opportunity for a technically minded individual with strong project management, site supervision, procurement, and client relationship skills.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen installation projects from manufacturing through to final installation
• Meet with clients to understand project requirements and provide ongoing project updates
• Prepare project costings and quotations
• Procure materials and coordinate suppliers
• Oversee site installations and supervise installation teams
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Read and interpret construction and architectural drawings
• Coordinate effectively with foremen, installers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor site progress and resolve challenges proactively
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards on site
• Take full responsibility for site management and project execution

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the kitchen, cabinetry, shopfitting, construction, or related industry
• Experience with project costing and budgeting
• Experience procuring materials and managing suppliers
• Strong site supervision and installation management experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction and architectural drawings
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Technically minded with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
• Valid driver's licence
• Own reliable vehicle
