1.1.         Work Description

The role of the Experiential Learner is to provide administrative and operational support to departmental activities in alignment with company requirements. This includes maintaining documentation, conducting basic research, and supporting process implementation while engaging in ongoing learning activities.

2.         Primary Work Objectives and Functions

The Experiential Learner will:

• Assist with the execution of departmental projects and activities
• Provide administrative support to the department
• Capture, record, and report on all data collected from department activities and programmes
• Attend and participate in meetings, training sessions, and departmental initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Participate in planned and scheduled stakeholder meetings

Programme Participation and Support:

• Attend and actively participate in relevant meetings
• Provide support for project activities
• Offer timely information and feedback as required

General Administration:

• Provide general administrative support to the department
• Submit department reports accurately and promptly
• Ensure all administrative paperwork is completed according to legislative/study requirements

Company Strategic Intent:

• Comply with all safety policies and practises in accordance with prescribed procedures and legislation
• Report all unsafe activities to line manager/Site Manager/OHS
• Adhere to decision-making procedures
