We are seeking a Junior Project Engineer to join a growing engineering team in Kempton Park. This role is ideal for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer who is eager to build on their project execution experience and take ownership of engineering projects while working alongside experienced professionals.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

BEng/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years' project execution experience within an engineering, manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment
Exposure to project planning, coordination, scheduling, and project delivery
Ability to liaise with suppliers, contractors, clients, and internal teams
Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project-related reporting
Valid driver's license advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution and delivery of engineering projects
Coordinate project activities to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Manage supplier and subcontractor interactions
Assist with technical documentation, reporting, and project planning activities
Support commissioning, installation, and site activities where required
Ensure projects adhere to safety and quality standards
