SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting a fast-growing tech company in the Financial Services Industry with their search for a Project Manager.

POSITION INFO:
Functions:

Lead end-to-end delivery of product and operational projects from roadmap to release.
Break down ideas into project plans with clear goals, timelines, owners, and milestones.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, and other Agile rituals to keep momentum high.
Identify blockers early, manage risks, and escalate issues when needed to maintain velocity.
Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates, reports, and feedback loops.
Bring structure to chaos - build processes that support scale without killing startup agility.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience managing tech or product projects in a startup or high-growth environment.
Comfortable with Agile and Lean project management methodologies.
Experience using tools like Notion, Jira, Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace.
