SUMMARY:
Project Coordinator from manufacturing sector Booysens R260K - R324KCTC

POSITION INFO:

Liaise with various business units including Research and Development, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Production, Channel Development, Logistics, Finance, QA, Line Extenders, Private Label Manufacturing, new business models, raw material changes and liaise between all these departments to ensure timelines are met. Attend monthly Supply Chain meeting to ensure R&D trials are included in production planning. Project management of all NPD''''s (new product developments) by means of two weekly project overview meetings with all departments involved, capturing project status and distributing to relevant stakeholders. Be the single point of contact for all projects in terms of timelines, general queries and capacities. Establish basic processes for projects using Stage/Gate process, create project overview document, updated every 2 weeks, collection of data including artworks, ingredients, nutritional information, initiate all relevant product codes, finished product specification, master packaging specification, costing and forecast volumes. Create MS Project timelines/status for all new product development and prvate lable projects. Management of Private Label Projects

Desired Experience & Qualification

Strengths:

B Degree Computer Science or Business will be an advantage, Project Management certification, 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing environment in a similar role, advanced Excel skills and experience with MS Project
