MS office

NQL level 4 qualification

Prior experience in project management preferred

Provide customers with information and processing of orders.

Social and communication skills, detail orientated

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication (Customer centric)

Responsible for taking ownership pf the end-to-end delivery of telecommunication solutions for clients on behalf of the business

Effective planning around customer action requirements

Identify and assess customer order requirements to achieve processing and RFT approach

Ensure appropriate process flow with compliance

Manage process flow tasks

Monitoring and evaluation of all orders and sales processes

Collaborate with teammates assisting and guides them with orders
