The Project Coordinator is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from start through to completion specifically within the collections department, therefore previous collections experience is vital. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
 
Educational Requirements:
3-5 years relevant work experience with a financial department
Relevant tertiary Degree or diploma (Finance, management etc.)
Previous financial exposure advantageous
Previous bank integration exposure advantageous
Previous collections exposure advantageous
IT Savvy
Advanced MS office exposure
 
Duties and responsibilities:
Leading project planning sessions
Coordinating staff and internal resources
Managing project progress and adapt work as required
Ensuring projects meet deadlines and budget
Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
Designing and signing off on contracts
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Designing risk mitigation plan
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff
Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Providing regular and constructive feedback

Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
