POSITION INFO:

Scope of Work

Strategic project programmed advisory, facilitation and implementation services
Heavy Current Electrical experience
Monitor quality of work, reviewed technical and non-technical reports
Manage consultant’s timesheets, payments and contracts
Oversee tracking of data, deliverables and deadlines
Manage project risks
Manage the project as ongoing support
Project coordination, project administration, performance management and quality control
Writting of strategic business plans, ensuring MAYCO (Mayoral Committee) & EXCO (Executive Council) approval on strategies
Technical delivery of building condition assessments, bill of quantities and drawings
Research analysis, investment decision making, cash flow and income projections
Property highest and best use analysis concept, feasibility and sustainability assessment
Liaising with experts and specialists (including but not limited to IT, Geographical Information Systems, Facilities Management, Maintenance, Property, legal)
Managing client deliverables

Education / Qualifications

Must be educated to Diploma / Degree level
Must be registered with ECSA
At least 3 years experience
