SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Project Administrator for one of our clients in the telecommunication industry

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a Project Administrator for one of our clients in the telecommunication industry to start on 10^th November 2025.

Contract duration: 6 Months

Responsibilities:

Managing administrative tasks to ensure a project runs smoothly and successfully. This includes coordinating meetings, managing project documentation and schedules, monitoring the budget, and assisting with communication between the project team and stakeholders. They are vital in keeping projects on time and within budget by providing crucial support to the project manager and team.
Support execution through Program management
Embed with core delivery teams to provide hands-on-execution support-helping remove blockers and clarifications where required
Support the setup of a framework for agile decision making and execution
Support with resource level evaluation and recommendations for key programs (headcount, skills requirement, budget, timelines, key milestones)

Risk management

Support management and board in identifying key strategic and operational risk associated with the transformation program, identify mitigation and support to monitoring and implementation of mitigation
Recommend mitigation measures
Support the execution of monitoring mechanisms to track risk exposure, propose mitigation and track mitigation effectiveness
