SUMMARY:
Programme Officer – Johannesburg

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Performance Areas and Indicators: (all duties to be discussed in detail @ interview)

ØData Integrity:

ØResponsible for contributing activities between departments to achieve overall project success.

ØEnsuring accurate and completed data on Company prior to close off.

ØPartnering with the relevant Programme Manager ensuring that all academic processes have been smoothly integrated into the data required for audit and analysis.

ØCustomer Services:

ØBuilding sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

ØKeeping records of client interactions and filing documents.

ØAcademic Process:

ØAdministrative duties.

ØResponsible for ensuring projects are executed as per academic process and there is no deviation thereof.

ØData capturing.

ØQuery Resolution:

ØResponsible for the timely and effective resolution of all types of queries relating to the project, raised by both internal staff.

ØResponsible for the escalation of appropriate issues/problems to the Programme Manager in a timely manner ensuring effective and prompt resolution in the interests of providing a responsive and professional relationship with our business partners.

ØEffectively gather information from relevant departments to reach a consensus and propose a solution on all investigations.

ØNew Project Reporting:

ØAssuming responsibility for implementing the academic process for new project take-ons.

ØIncorporating any new products or additional products to an existing project that you are responsible, ensuring smooth incorporation of these products into the existing database and current reporting process.

Requirements:

Ø100% administrative role.

ØStrong administrative skills.

Ø3 years proven administrative experience.

ØDegree.

ØPreference provided to experience in administrative role in educational institute.

ØIndependent thinker and problem solver.

ØWorks with accuracy.

ØFollows through with tasks until completion.
