Programme & Trust Administrator - Mpumalanga
A non-profit Trust is seeking a highly organised
Programme & Trust Administrator to support programmes, governance, compliance, donor reporting, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires strong administration, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support across programmes and projects
- Maintain accurate records: contracts, MOUs, donor files, MEL data, governance documents
- Assist with grant proposals, concept notes, budgets, and donor reporting
- Coordinate Trust meetings, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and compliance registers
- Support MEL systems, data collection, reporting schedules, and lessons learnt
- Assist with governance, risk registers, audits, and donor compliance
- Support financial administration: budgets, expenditure tracking, audit documentation
- Coordinate events, logistics, travel, venues, and post-event reporting
- Build positive relationships with donors, partners, Trustees, and community stakeholders
Minimum Requirements
- Matric + relevant tertiary qualification (Project Management, Development, Admin, Environmental/Community Studies)
- 3-5 years admin/programme support experience (NPO/Trust environment advantageous)
- Strong MS Office/M365 skills
- Valid Code B driver's licence
