A well established firm within the Manufacturing sector is looking for a Professional Legal Assistant for their branch in Bloemfontein.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • BCom Law / LLB Degree
  • Min 3 years' relevant experience
  • Compliance
  • Vetting and drafting contracts, long and short term rentals, leases, ISA Security Checks
  • Sureties / Notarial Bonds / Covering Bonds
  • Deed searches
  • Collections
  • Link finance agenda / minutes
  • Credit meeting agenda / minutes
  • Group CEO agenda
  • Assist in reposession of assets
  • Candidate must be willing to travel
