JOB DESCRIPTION:

BCom Law / LLB Degree
Min 3 years' relevant experience
Compliance
Vetting and drafting contracts, long and short term rentals, leases, ISA Security Checks
Sureties / Notarial Bonds / Covering Bonds
Deed searches
Collections
Link finance agenda / minutes
Credit meeting agenda / minutes
Group CEO agenda
Assist in reposession of assets
Candidate must be willing to travel
