POSITION INFO:
Qualifications 

• Matric

• Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential).
• Experience operating machinery or working on a production line (advantage).
• Production Operations
• Operate production machinery or equipment safely (training provided).
• Assemble, process, or pack products according to work instructions.
• Follow production schedules and meet output targets.
• Monitor machine performance and report faults or irregularities.
• Quality Control
• Inspect materials and finished goods for defects or inconsistencies.
• Follow quality standards and report any issues to supervisors.
• Complete basic documentation or check sheets if required.
• Housekeeping & Maintenance
• Maintain clean, tidy, and organized work areas.
• Follow 5S or basic housekeeping standards.
• Assist with routine machine cleaning or simple maintenance tasks (as trained).
• Teamwork & Communication
• Work collaboratively with colleagues on the production line.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors regarding workflow or quality issues.
• Support other areas of production when needed
