Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop the production team to ensure high performance and a positive team culture
Ensure daily production schedules and productivity targets are met
Monitor and optimize production workflows to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime
Maintain and enforce quality control processes to meet required standards
Analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Manage HR-related matters such as leave planning, team discipline, and employee engagement
Collaborate with technical and other departments to resolve production and quality issues
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, policies, and procedures at all times

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education:

National Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Production Management, or equivalent

Experience:

3–5 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferably in promotional products)
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and productivity principles

Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
