Production Supervisor/Engineer

Position Overview:

Responsible for the arrangement of the production plan and the management of the production site. Preventing or solving abnormal situations that occur during the production process, ensure continuous and efficient production of high-quality products, and use relevant tools to continuously improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or relevant
• 3 - 5 Years relevant experience 

Responsibilities:

• Arrange production plans and supervise production implementation status according to production instructions to ensure that production tasks are completed on time
• Summarize production records and documents, feed back production status in a timely manner, and propose and implement plans to improve production efficiency
• Responsible for the management of the production site to ensure that the production site complies with the company and the factory's safety, quality, operating specifications and other relevant regulations
• Responsible for dealing with production site problems, analysing the root causes of each problem, solving them in time and ensuring that they can be controlled, and at the same time formulating corresponding preventive mechanisms
• Responsible for waste control at the production site, ensure that the waste rate meets the factory requirements, and continue to improve and reduce the waste rate
• Responsible for the training and performance evaluation of production line employees to ensure that employees meet the requirements of the company's production positions and can use their own advantages
• Use continuous improvement tools to implement 5S requirements to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs
• The ability to work must meet the specific requirements of the client
• Undertake the management responsibility of the company's related BOS documents and the requirements of the IATF16949/OHSAS18000/ISO14000 standards, ensure the effective operation of the BOS documents, and continuously improve the relevant procedures and applications in the BOS documents within the department.
