SUMMARY:
Join an FMCG team as a Production Supervisor in the Eastern Cape!
 
In this role, you will be responsible for managing production, coordinating raw material intake, supervising staff, and ensuring health and safety standards are followed. Your expertise in production processes, people management, and factory operations will be essential in ensuring targets are met efficiently and safely within a food processing environment.

POSITION INFO:
To succeed in this role, you should have Matric, at least 3 years of leadership experience in a food processing/FMCG background, a valid driver’s license and own transport. A qualification in operations or production is advantageous. Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills will also be valuable, along with a willingness to work shifts and handle admin tasks. Wheat milling experience is an added advantage!
