Job Description

• Supervise daily packing line activities to hit target outputs every single shift.
• Assign daily tasks to packers, sorters, and assemblers based on order priorities.
• Verify that packed items match customer orders, quantities, and correct barcode labels.
• Carry out spot checks on finished orders to ensure zero packaging mistakes.
• Report any equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize idle downtime on the floor.
• Keep all packing stations tidy, well-stocked, safe, and fully organized daily.
• Record shift completion numbers and hand over completed stock to dispatch teams.

• Matric (Grade 12) with a relevant certificate in Production or Logistics.
• 3 to 5 years of practical experience in packaging, assembly, or warehousing.
• At least 2 years of proven experience leading a shop-floor production team.
• Familiarity with industrial small parts, scale weighing, and barcode scanning systems.
• Good communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide floor workers.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and great problem-solving skills under pressure.
• A proactive team player who values workplace safety and is eager to learn.
