SUMMARY:
Production Supervisor for Crate and Pallet manufacturing.
Edenvale Based
Cost to Company R20 000 to R25000 and Company Cellphone. Pension after Three Months.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Technically Minded.
• He will need to ensure and optimise daily production and supervise +-30 staff. Monday to Friday 7:30 – 16:30 (Some Overtime if required)
• Candidate Must be reliable, Trustworthy and Hands On.
• Sober Habits.

• Allocating Jobs to 7 x Production Teams as they are given by Ops Team.
• Ensuring Maximum output from production staff.
• Ensure production has minimal wastage. Recycling Offcuts. Planning Material usage.
• Communicate any delays / problems to Ops/Dispatch team.
• Ensure quality and efficiency from production teams.
• Ensure Health & Safety is adhered to.
• Overall House Keeping.
