JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

∙Coordination of production activities and resources so that

planned products are produced to requirements, quality

standards and within budget.

∙Ensure Occupational Health and Safety standards are

maintained.

∙Coordinate production activities ensuring planned

maintenance is met with Prod. Superintendent.

∙Production is done within cost structures and standards.

The candidate must have the following:

Grade 12, coupled with a Production Management

Diploma/Certificate coupled with a minimum of 5 years

Supervisory experience.

∙Forging experience will be an added advantage.

∙A high level of numerical ability, strong verbal and written

communication skills.

∙The ability to manage staff and to communicate and interact

effectively with all levels of personnel.

∙Have past experience in Industrial Relations, Disciplinary and

Occupational Health and Safety systems.

∙Be able to work shifts
