JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, a multinational FMCG company is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team in Johannesburg East. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the industry.

Education:

Qualification in related field

Skills/Experience required:

3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
SAP experience

Job Description:

Weekly/Daily/Monthly line scheduling in consultation with planning
Manpower planning in coordination with labor brokers
Ensure production schedule as per plan with allocation of people as per standard manning chart
Monitoring of mixing operations and batch cycle time
Monitoring of Line Productivity/Breakdown
Monitoring of wastage
Booking of bulk and line production in SAP
Presentation of daily shopfloor data
Issuing the process order for bulk and FG
Production confirmation entries in SAP
Quality management
Handover of FG to WH after joint verification on a day-to-day basis
