Production Supervisor

Our client, a multinational FMCG company is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team in Johannesburg East. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the industry.

Education:

• Qualification in related field

Skills/Experience required:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• SAP experience

Job Description:

• Weekly/Daily/Monthly line scheduling in consultation with planning
• Manpower planning in coordination with labor brokers
• Ensure production schedule as per plan with allocation of people as per standard manning chart
• Monitoring of mixing operations and batch cycle time
• Monitoring of Line Productivity/Breakdown
• Monitoring of wastage
• Booking of bulk and line production in SAP
• Presentation of daily shopfloor data
• Issuing the process order for bulk and FG
• Production confirmation entries in SAP
• Quality management
• Handover of FG to WH after joint verification on a day-to-day basis
