Production Shift Coordinator - Killarney Gardens

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating daily production activities, driving team performance, maintaining product quality, and ensuring maximum plant efficiency. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll play a key role in achieving production targets while upholding world-class manufacturing standards.

• Lead and motivate production teams to achieve daily production targets.

• Maximise plant efficiency, equipment utilisation, and labour productivity.

• Monitor production processes to ensure quality, safety, and operational excellence.

• Implement and support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety, and health and safety standards.

• Coordinate production resources and support effective shift planning and problem-solving.

• Matric.

• National Diploma in Food Technology, Production, or a related technical qualification.

• Minimum 5 years' FMCG manufacturing experience (or 1–2 years with a relevant Diploma).

• Previous Team Leader, Supervisory, or Management experience is essential.

• Strong understanding of food manufacturing processes, plant operations, OEE, quality systems, and continuous improvement.

• Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
