What You'll Gain

You'll receive structured on-the-job training, coaching and mentoring from experienced manufacturing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

Support daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient and reliable manufacturing.
Monitor production performance and key manufacturing KPIs.
Analyse production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Supply Chain teams.
Assist with production trials, process improvements and documentation.
Present project updates and improvement recommendations to leadership.

Minimum Requirements

Completed Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Operations Management (or equivalent)
Recent graduate
Strong academic record
South African Citizen or legal authorisation to work in South Africa

Skills We're Looking For

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Strong planning and organisational skills
Ability to work well within cross-functional teams
High learning agility and curiosity
Passion for manufacturing and continuous improvement

Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or a manufacturing environment will be advantageous.

Working Environment

This is a full-time Graduate Programme based within a manufacturing environment in Rosslyn, Pretoria. Shift work may be required depending on operational requirements, and all safety procedures and PPE requirements must be adhered to.
