Production Foreman

SUMMARY:
Seeking a mill extrusion Foreman (Production)  who will be responsible for supervising the overall processes, manufactured products, and production personnel in a maize mill, from grain intake to manufactured products.

POSITION INFO:
Required:

• Set daily production priorities for operators.
• Verify and ensure that manufactured products are at optimum product performance levels to meet customers quality standards.
• Maintain and improve upon production efficiencies, waste, reduction, and process improvement.
• Technical management of extrusion process essential.
• Ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly and cost effectively.
• Oversee the extrusion process to ensure the production of high quality products.
• Qualified Artisan with at least 5 years' experience in the Milling environment.
• Electrical experience essential.
• FSSC 22000 experience essential.
