Southern Oil Pty Ltd, an established company and market leader in the manufacturing of Canola oil and related products in the retail, food services, and bulk sectors, has the following exciting career opportunity in Darling.

POSITION INFO:

Short Summary:

The main responsibility of this position is to operate a station within the Crisps Production Facility, along with organizing and cleaning the facility.

Responsibilities:

To assist the Shift Supervisor with the operation of a Production (either weighing, mixing, sheeting, frying, seasoning, or packaging).
Ensuring Food Safety Standards adhere too.
Assisting with receiving raw materials.
Assisting with offloading of finished goods.
Cleaning of machines, components, and structures within Production.
Any other reasonable task allocated by Shift Supervisor as required by operations.

Key Competencies:

Education and Experience

Minimum of a Grade 12
Conversant in Afrikaans and English
Read/ write in Afrikaans and English

Interpersonal Skills

Must be able to work in a team
Good time management
Disciplined and reliable
Show initiative
Willing to learn and develop
