A large, well-established food manufacturing company based in Stikland, Cape Town is looking for a Production Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in FMCG Food manufacturing and a strong grasp of ERP systems (Syspro) and stock control.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Syspro Job Management

• Process job closures and conduct job reviews to ensure accuracy.
• Analyse and report on job cost variances.
• Ensure all job-related documentation is complete and compliant with internal procedures.

Finance & Stock Administration

• Investigate and resolve stock-related queries in a timely manner.
• Provide support with ad-hoc financial administrative tasks.
• Collaborate closely with both the finance and production teams to ensure smooth operations.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
• Proficiency in Syspro or a similar ERP system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets.
• Sound understanding of finance administration and stock control.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
