JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose: To ensure specialist support for EH Mining and construction class Rigid Dump Trucks to clients and to upskill all delegates through effective training.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualified Mechanic / Millwright. Certificate: Engineering.

Minimum Experience: Earth moving with electrical and hydraulic - 5 years, Troubleshooting and Fault Finding - 5 years.

Roles and Responsibilities include inter alia:

Assist branches and customers with technical enquiries and technical problems with machines to resolve product issues.
Investigate into field information reports to identify notifications of serious problems and liaise with Regional HQ Product Support.
Determine the cause of problems and submit Field Information Report to regional Head office product support to assist customer and provide accurate feedback
Receive and inforce service bulletin instructions to ensure compliance. Continuous monitoring of implementation ratio.
Provide technical support to both internal and external customers (verbal and physical) to ensure products operational standards and product quality are achieved and maintained.
Successfully collaborate with regional HQ PSD
Perform any ad-hoc projects on request
