  Review and refine existing documentation to keep it accurate, relevant, and aligned with product evolution.
• Collaborate Across Teams
  Work closely with developers, Scrum teams, and business analysts to capture and deliver on documentation needs.

• Experience creating video or interactive content
• Strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset

📚 Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years’ experience as a Product Specialist, Technical Writer, Product Writer, or similar role
• Background in software or a tech-related environment
• Exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is advantageous
