JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client has an wonderful opportunity for an E-Commerce Projects Engineer to join its dynamic e-commerce team and help them grow and improve their operations.

Responsibilities:

Initiate continuous improvement projects
Execute process optimisation
Business process mapping
Implement lean management/process principles
Assist with logistical, warehouse and stock management projects
Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects
Liaise with projects’ various departments and stakeholders
Operational cost monitoring
Focus on sustainability
Execute ad hoc assignments and tasks as required

Key Skills:

Ability to work within multi-disciplinary projects and teams,
Excellent project management and supervision skills,
Excellent organisational, time management and decision-making skills,
Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with exceptional writing and communication skills,
The ability to execute and follow through.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in engineering or a related field.
0 – 3 years’ work experience.
Passion for operations and organisation performance, with a focus on processes optimisation.
