SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity to join a solar PV solutions company involved in commercial, industrial and agricultural projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Request quotes for orders
Check stock availability
Receive order acknowledgments with ETA’s
Logistic Coordination
Follow up and report shipment delays to the PM
Follow up on overdue orders
H&S administration and organizing the safety files
Ensure that sub-contractors are compliant and safety files are in order
Arranging medicals and training certificates for the teams
Arranging accommodations for our teams
Assist with the handover packs
Create and maintain an approved supplier database
This includes accommodation in the various provinces
Assist the PM with project administration

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2-4 experience in a similar role
Experience in renewables, embedded generation, oil & gas, or similar is beneficial
Solution finder
Ability to work as part of a team and independently on your own
Able to handle multiple projects at once

Qualification:
Minimum of Matric
Qualification in project management or similar is advantageous

Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
