They are seeking a Procurement Purchaser to support the sourcing and procurement of critical project services, ensuring suppliers deliver quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers for transport, crane and installation services.
• Prepare and issue RFQs/RFPs, evaluate quotations, and manage the procurement process through to Purchase Order creation.
• Coordinate procurement activities with project, construction and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance against KPIs, and administer contracts, renewals and variations.
• Track procurement savings, supplier performance and project procurement status while maintaining accurate procurement documentation.

• Matric (Essential)
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or a related field.

• 2-3 years' procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience preparing RFQs, supplier comparisons and Purchase Orders.
• Exposure to supplier management, contract administration and procurement reporting.
• Experience within engineering, construction, energy, infrastructure or project-based environments will be advantageous.

• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management abilities.
• Commercial acumen with strong analytical and cost management skills.
• Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
