POSITION INFO:

- To support the business through the management of an efficient and effective procurement department
- B.Com

Through professional negotiations, ensuring the Company receives the best prices at all times, in comparison to other suppliers in the market.
Costs are reduced whilst maintaining standards, quality and supplier service levels.
Procurement needs are identified as new contracts are initiated.
Criteria are determined for the appointment of suppliers in line with Company policies, BEE and SME requirements.
Maintaining regular contact with supplier representatives to be kept updated with latest products and offerings.
Ensure the supplier database is kept at a minimum.

- must have hospitality experience
