SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration & Procurement Officer to manage day-to-day administrative tasks while also handling procurement and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Tertiary qualification
Previous procurement/logistics and administration experience
Advanced computer skills
Previous fruit/agriculture industry experience
Valid drivers license

Duties and Responsibilities:
Administration:

Manage office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
Handle documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments.

Procurement:

Source and negotiate with suppliers for farm equipment, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
Maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests.
Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.

Logistics:

Coordinate transportation of goods, including raw materials and finished products.
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
Monitor deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.
Work closely with logistics providers to optimize costs and efficiency.
