Procurement Admin Officer

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration & Procurement Officer to manage day-to-day administrative tasks while also handling procurement and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

1. Grade 12
2. Tertiary qualification
3. Previous procurement/logistics and administration experience
4. Advanced computer skills
5. Previous fruit/agriculture industry experience
6. Valid drivers license

• Manage office operations, including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
• Handle documentation, contracts, and compliance records.
• Provide administrative support to management and other departments.

• Source and negotiate with suppliers for farm equipment, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
• Maintain supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, and payment requests.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate restocking as needed.

• Coordinate transportation of goods, including raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Work closely with logistics providers to optimize costs and efficiency.
