SUMMARY:
A leading supplier of high-quality cotton products, specialising in the global textile industry, is seeking an organised and detail orientated Procurement & Finance Administrator to support key operational efficiencies. The position is based in Boksburg.

POSITION INFO:
This mid-level role bridges procurement, manufacturing coordination, and financial administration.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a textile or manufacturing environment and be comfortable using accounting systems to manage stock, suppliers, and financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement :

Create, process and manage purchase orders for raw materials and supplies.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance
Capture and monitor manufacturing processes and stock movements in the accounting system
Assist in production planning and inventory control

Finance & Administration:

Assist with accounts payable and receivable (creditors and debtors)
Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end financial reporting
Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Maintain accurate records of procurement and production costs

Requirements:

Experience with accounting or ERP systems (Sage)
Understanding of procurement and manufacturing workflows
3–5 years’ experience in procurement, manufacturing, or finance
Basic finance knowledge (debtors, creditors, reconciliations)
Strong understanding of stock control and cost tracking
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments

The proposed salary for the role is R15k - R22k per month. The offer will be market related aligned with qualifications, skills, and experience.
