construct Executive Search (CES) is a specialist Executive Search/Recruitment Agency within the technical field i.e., Engineering, Construction as well as Trade & Technical (FMCG). We are currently recruiting for the below position.

One of the biggest manufacturers of rigid plastic containers, in a range of colours, for a wide variety of requirements predominantly in the food packaging industry seek to employ a Process Controller with an experience as a forming setter & thermoforming plant. The successful Candidate will be permanently based in Johannesburg

Applicants must meet the Following requirements:

Must be a holder of National Diploma or any tertiary qualifications

Must have experience in thermoforming plant& as a forming setter

Must have knowledge of BRC standards

Must have knowledge of manufacturing machines

Must be able to Supervise the transportation, changes and set ups of moulds & ensure accurate product dimensions and manufacturing cycle time

Must be able to assist the hr department with leave, training, disciplinary, attendance registers and new staff inductions.

Must be able to Work Independently & as a Team to educate staff on waste management
