POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervising in-house projects.
- Overseeing of the day-to-day tasks and operations of the home;
- Managing household bills and administrative duties.
- Running errands and purchasing items where required.
- Ensure that Security is on site and performing their duties accurately.
- Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies, maintenance teams.
- Ensure the homes Pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis court is well maintained by maintenance.
- Fireplace maintenance is done and checked regularly.
- Aircon to be checked weekly ensure they are working.
- All household equipment, how it is used, charged and refurnished.
- Theatre System is checked, and theatre room is maintained.
- Sound Systems to be checked and that it is used correctly.
- Gardening services/ landscaping ensure it is up to the family’s standards,
- Recon expenditure of the house.
- Grocery shopping and stock take of products,
- Scheduling home maintenance and repair work.
- Responsibilities of planning, organizing and coordinating events.
- Managing household calendars and schedules.
- Arranging appointments, scheduling and supervising home maintenance projects.
- Completing any other requested administrative tasks.
- Understanding of food and beverages.
- Able to understand an instruction and to action accordingly.
- Able to act as a Host when and if requested.
- Compile and maintain a standard operating procedure user manual for the entire Estate.
- Ensure the entire estates alarm system is always activated after every shift for the day.
- Submit daily and weekly progress reports to your supervisors.
- Communicate regularly on WhatsApp property groups.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate well with high profile clients and guests.
- Silver Plate service skills
- Complete lists of preparation steps for client and guest visits
- Any other duties as may instructed from time to time.
