We are seeking a competent and motivated Print and Telco Field Service Technician to support our operations in the Free State. What You'll Do:
- Service client devices onsite, ensuring optimal performance
- Perform logical troubleshooting on a wide range of client devices
- Carry out IT-related troubleshooting and software support, including firmware updates and device installations
- Troubleshoot hardware issues on Copiers and Printers
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimise client failures
- Complete calls within SLA and maintain quality standards
- Manage boot stock of toners and spares, submit job sheets, and ensure stock accuracy
- Conduct monthly stock takes and operate the mobile app (Tech Connect) efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 Qualification
- Valid Drivers License
- Two years of experience in the office automation industry
- Previous field service experience
- Hands-on experience with printers and copiers
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Good time management skills
- Experience in backstock management
Familiarity with the following:
- Office automation equipment
- Mobile app operation (Tech Connect)
