Pricing Manager

POSITION INFO:

Location: Midrand

Preference will be given to BBEEE candidates due to BEE requirements

Position Overview:

A global leader in the molecular diagnostics industry has a new opportunity available for a Pricing Manager. One will determine pricing schemes for the company’s products and services.

As the company prepares to roll out new products and services, the Pricing Manager evaluates them to set policies on pricing. These include the base price as well as discounts that may be extended to specific customers. The Pricing Manager needs to consider what kind of message the company wants to project with pricing in collaboration with sales and marketing departments. Drive pricing transparency via dashboards, identify anomalies and take corrective actions.

Experience Required across all the following Key Focus areas:

Pricing Operations
Pricing Strategy
Sound Commercial acumen

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration/Accounting and Finance or NQF 7 in Finance, Accounting Sciences, Cost Accounting or similar is required
2 - 3 Years’ experience in Finance, Costing
Must have a driver’s license
Knowledge of IFRS
Ability to travel nationally and internationally
Financial Accounting
Computer literacy: Excel (advanced), PPT (intermediate), Word
Sales forecasting and budgeting planning and preparation experience
SAP FI / CO a must
