SUMMARY:
My client, a Financial Services provider is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to join its dynamic and progressive Financial Planning Practice.

POSITION INFO:
The main purpose of the role will be to manage and oversee Commissions, Compliance, Office Management, Client management and Administration as well as Service Provider relationships. This role is crucial to the business with compliance and regulatory comprising 50% of the role.

Key requirements:
5+ years within a Financial Planning environment
5+ years performing a management function
Relevant Insurance/ Life Insurance experience
Relevant experience in engaging with Service Providers
Knowledge and understanding of Compliance and Regulatory
Very strong Compliance knowledge and implementation

Qualifications:
Financial Planning Certificate or higher
Relevant tertiary Qualification in Business Management/ Accounting
