Contract Type: 12 months contract

This pivotal role will support the management of a diverse portfolio of projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth delivery, compliance with standards, and effective communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor multiple projects or submissions within the portfolio.
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide clear visibility of progress.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
Act as a central point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and facilitating communication.
Organize meetings, workshops, and reviews, ensuring documentation is accurate and timely.
Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and portfolio planning.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree or CAPM
6-8 years as a Portfolio Coordinator
