Portfolio Administrator / Claims/Incident Handler
Our client is seeking to employ a portfolio administrator in the Parow industrial area
-Company rendering site services to the Insurance Industry is seeking the employment of seasoned and experienced claims handler/administrator to assist in their Cape Town Head Office.

*Experience of claim handling
*Computer Literate

*Numeracy and methodical
Responsibilities include:
1. CALL LOGGING: Receive and log all Customer calls & work requests on
internal CRM system
2. JOB CARDS: Issue Job Card; Allocate job to various departments and receive back for processing
3. PRICING/COSTING: Cost and Price completed or proposed work
4. QUOTES: Issue Quotes
5. UPDATES: Lodge Job Card with invoice clerk for processing and updates
6. PURCHASE ORDERS: Request PO’s / Pass POs to Debtors for chasing / Follow-up for outstanding PO’s / Receive PO’s and pass for Invoicing
7. FOLLOW UP: Check with Debtors for PO’s and invoice clerk for invoicing progress
8. INVOICING: When PO received pass to Invoicing
9. CLIENT LIAISON: Keep contact with Clients for progress and updating to meet standards
10. QUERIES: Handle queries
11. WORK-IN-PROGRESS: Maintain a WIP file and action for meeting
standards
12. DEBTORS: Keep track of outstanding payments and follow up for collections with Debtors
13. CREDIT NOTES: Process all Credit Notes
14. FILING: Keep accurate up-to-date records to enable clarity of service
provision and accounting
15. BUDGETS: Agree an annual sales budget for achievement and report
progress monthly
· Valid Driver license
· Mature age
· Computer literate
· High level of numeracy
· Prepared to travel nationally
Salary will be market related and dependent in experience.
