Portfolio Administrator

SUMMARY:
Our northern suburb client in the wealth and property investment industry is looking for a Portfolio Administrator able to handle 350 accounts and with 2 years’ experience with MS Office, RedRabbit and Payprop, Google Docs

POSITION INFO:

EMPLOYMENT TYPE       :           PERMANENT

DUTIES:

Update vacating clients on a monthly basis

Send vacating list to vacating tenants

Attend AGMs – in person / via zoom

Monthly walk arounds and report back on findings

Receive rental applications and open files

Update lease to Payprop and debit order form

Create property, tenant and invoices on Payprop

Monthly statements to landlord and tenants

Load deposit processing

Follow up on arrear tenants

Keep investors updated on late payments

Collect arrears

Eviction instructions

Attend to various problems, e.g. water and elec accounts

Handle exit inspections

REQUIREMENT:

NQF4

2 years’ experience in a similar role

Experience with rentals

Payprop

Admin skills

Communication skills

Telephone etiquette
