Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Portfolio Administrator to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and recommendations on the client's overall portfolios, together with portfolio construction
• Update client portfolios on Elite Wealth and any other program in use now and in the future
• Service and maintain existing clients and their records on Elite Wealth, as is required by FAIS
• The computer database on Elite Wealth and Atwork should be updated whenever client records change
• Any other tasks which you may be required to perform regarding the client's Life/Investment Planning requirements
• Calling for policy information
• To assist where necessary, when needed, with all administrative duties in the office
• Updating of client portfolios

• A relevant degree or diploma in Financial services, Payroll/HR, Accounting, Legal, or Insurance
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles within the financial services industry
