A well-established property company seeks an experienced and driven Accountant to join their finance team. This position will be based in Johannesburg South.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financials of assigned portfolio and acting as a business partner to the Portfolio Manager.

Duties include but not limited to debtors and creditors recons, analysing of financials and reports, preparation of financial packs for reporting purposes, balance sheet and budgets, to name but a few.

Education:

BCom in Accounting or Finance

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3 to 4 years'' experience in a similar role within the property industry is essential

MDA knowledge is essential for this role

Strong computer literacy

Financial and business acumen

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player

Willingness to work overtime when required

Own reliable transport and valid drivers license
