The Portfolio Accountant will manage the financial accounting and reporting for the assigned property portfolios, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports, and oversee budget preparation, forecasts and analysis. Ensure accurate recording of income, expenses and allocations, handle billing, rental reconciliations and collections tracking.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Degree in Accounting
MDA
5 years relevant property experience
