Portfolio Accountant: Property Space

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Accountant to join our dynamic property management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with specific experience in managing property portfolios, including residential, commercial, or mixed-use assets. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure accurate financial reporting, monitor property performance, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the portfolio

Manage financial accounting and reporting for property portfolios.
Monitor and analyse property performance, including income, expenses, and cash flow.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Reconcile accounts and manage tenant and property-related transactions.
Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
With auditors, property managers, and other stakeholders

Job Experience and Skills Required:

B.com degree in accounting
MDA
4 years relevant Property experience
