Company based in Cape Town seeks a skilled and reliable Plumber to join their property management and maintenance team. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and industrial properties, ensuring plumbing systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to the highest standards.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and fittings
• Conduct inspections and identify plumbing issues across properties
• Respond to emergency call-outs and urgent maintenance requests
• Work closely with property managers and tenants to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards

• Qualified Plumber with relevant trade certification
• 5years' + experience required
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Proven plumbing experience in the property industry
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
