My International client is looking to grow their South African Team by appointing a Platform Support Analyst. This is a fully remote opportunity.

eports to the Director of Platform Support, Analytics
esponsible for execution of client projects and tasks across the Analytics Services and Support teams
ontribute as a dedicated support resource for select clients.
orks primarily in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
xecute implementation and management of analytics tagging based on specified
recommendations
ssist in identifying areas of client growth opportunity and provide recommended solutions
ranslate analytics solutions to all client audiences, from Marketing teams to
Developers
articipate in team feedback on how to improve workflows and processes
ontribute to the creation and documentation of our help center and knowledge base
articipate in group team initiatives and projects as required
tay up-to-date with Industry trends and new product features

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

bility to build and maintain strong client relationships
killful in learning and understanding client requirements and challenges.
xcellent organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, manage, multi-task and execute projects cross-functionally
