Salary: R 480 000 / R 540 000 per annum

🔍 About the Role:
As a Planner, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations—forecasting demand, managing inventory, and ensuring that our products are always available when and where our customers need them. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and use your analytical skills to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and support business growth.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Forecasting & Demand Planning: Analyze sales trends, market data, and promotions to build accurate forecasts across all channels.
• Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, reduce holding costs, and prevent stockouts or overstocks.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate actionable insights and performance reports using advanced Excel and planning tools.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Product & Market Insight: Stay informed of product performance, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align plans and share insights.
• Systems Proficiency: Use ERP and planning systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, and JDA) to manage data and streamline operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or inventory management (retail experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/planning software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in the homewares industry is a plus.
