A growing multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic in Northwestern British Columbia is looking for qualified Physiotherapists to join its team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Opportunity
As a Physiotherapist, you'll manage a varied caseload across:
Musculoskeletal rehabilitation
Sports injuries
Orthopaedic conditions
Occupational rehabilitation
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Neurological conditions
Vestibular conditions
You'll have the opportunity to apply your clinical reasoning and work independently while collaborating with other healthcare professionals when required.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assessing patients' physical function using appropriate clinical evaluation methods
Formulating physiotherapy diagnoses and developing individualised treatment plans
Delivering therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, movement retraining, and patient education
Treating musculoskeletal, sports, neurological, vestibular, and post-surgical conditions
Supporting occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work planning
Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment plans accordingly
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals where required
Maintaining a safe and professional treatment environment
To be considered, you'll need:
A Master's degree in Physiotherapy or an equivalent international credential
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification physiotherapy experience
Eligibility for licensure with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia (CHCPBC)
Completion of CAPR credentialling and the Canadian Physiotherapy Examination, or an accepted transition pathway
English proficiency sufficient for safe clinical practice and documentation
Professional liability insurance meeting CHCPBC requirements
CPR certification is preferred
Your Working Environment:
Permanent, full-time position
37.5 hours per week
Private outpatient clinic environment
Diverse rehabilitation caseload
Direct patient care
Primarily daytime schedule, with limited evening hours depending on clinic requirements
Multidisciplinary healthcare environment
Important Licensing Information
Independent physiotherapy practice in British Columbia requires full CHCPBC licensure.
Internationally educated Physiotherapists will need to complete the applicable credentialling, examination, jurisprudence, identity verification, and regulatory requirements before practicing independently.
