Calling all Photographic Quality Assurance Specialists in Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client, a leading and well known company based in Woodstock requires a competent and experienced Photographic Quality Assurance Specialist to join their team.

This position reports to the Image Workflow Manager.

Requirememts:

Tertiary qualification in Photography or Cinematography – Compulsory.

Advanced Knowledge and understanding of digital RAW image Processing and Retouching.

Advanced knowledge of Capture One Processing and grading.

3+ years of experience with Photoshop, including the pen tool and colour correction with curve and levels

2+ years'''''''''''''''' experience in digital imagery, file handling, and software, to manage real-time quality review and provide constructive feedback to the photographers

5–10-year experience in the photographic production/advertising environment as a Digital Operator, Photographic assistant, Photographer or High-End Retouching – Compulsory

General understanding of photography principles such as lighting, composition, white balance, etc.

Ability to balance many tasks at once and switch between tasks quickly

Advanced Capture One Raw processing knowledge, verifying applied styles and custom colour profiles.

On set Digital Operating experience is crucial, minimum 5 years.
